OUR 60-DAY GUARANTEE
If you're not satisfied with your StepEas insoles for any reason, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your delivery date. We don't require proof of a medical condition, a specific reason, or a returned product in "like new" condition — we understand insoles are worn and used as intended.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at support@stepeas.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. Let us know briefly why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve, but is not required for approval).
3. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with confirmation and next steps.
4. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
DO I NEED TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK?
In most cases, no — we do not require you to return the insoles to receive your refund. If a return is required for any specific case, we will let you know in our response and cover the cost of return shipping.
WHAT'S COVERED
- Full refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of delivery
- No restocking fees
- No long forms or proof-of-purchase requirements beyond your order number
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after the delivery date
- Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer and the package was not returned to us by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking (please see our Shipping Policy for steps to take in this situation)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stepeas.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@stepeas.com. We process orders quickly, so if your order has already shipped, you'll need to use our standard 60-day refund process instead once it arrives.
